Underwood Scholarship
ELIGIBILITY
Must be a current Wyoming 4-H member
Must be a graduating high school senior planning to enter a trade or certification school for career training in welding, mechanics, machining, heavy equipment operator, building trades (electrician, plumber, home and building construction, cabinet maker, etc.)
NUMBER AND AMOUNT OF SCHOLARSHIP
Two scholarships in the amount of $1,000.00. Funds are payable upon completion of the first semester of coursework.
SELECTION
Character references – one from a person in the community and one from an educator in the community.
Written essay: “Why I want to go into this trade”
