Hjalma Williams Community Service Scholarship

ELIGIBILITY:
Must be a Sophomore or above that was a former Wyoming 4-H member Laramie or Albany County.

NUMBER AND AMOUNT OF SCHOLARSHIP:
Two for the University of Wyoming or any Wyoming Community College in amount of $1,000.00 each.

SELECTION:
50% on 4-H Community Service
20% on 4-H accomplishment
15% on character and leadership
15% on financial need
