Charles and Eileen Oakley Memorial Scholarship

ELIGIBILITY:
Must be a current or past Wyoming 4-H member from Fremont or Lincoln County.

NUMBER AND AMOUNT OF SCHOLARSHIP:
One for the University of Wyoming or any Wyoming Community College in amount of $1,400.00.

SELECTION:
40% on 4-H accomplishments
30% on scholastic achievement
15% on character and leadership
15% on financial need
