Laramie County Cloverbuds meet on the second Saturday of each month at 11am in LCCC PF Room 305. Any changes will be sent out prior to the meeting.

4-H members will have fun while learning more about dogs, pet citizenship, feeding, grooming, dog trials, breeds and their importance, over population, sharing a dog with others, health, dog language, community laws and careers. There are two deadlines for Dog ID’s for County Fair.

Dog Practices are Monday Evenings at 6pm in the Archer M/KBuilding.

Dog Skill-A-Thon is an opportunity for youth interested in dogs. Youth test THEIR dog science knowledge. Youth will learn through games and hands-on activities. Youth will learn about equipment, breeds, general dog knowledge, conformation, anatomy and dog care and handling. No live dogs are needed.

In skill-a-thon youth learn to identify breeds, external parts, wholesale cuts, equipment, feeds, evaluate livestock and quality assurance. This team-based program is a great way to learn more about animals with your friends.

Are you interested in learning more about livestock – breeds, parts, feed, equipment, etc.? Come check out livestock skill-a-thon. This team-based program engages youth in learning and competing together. Wool Judging is open to any youth that has an interest in judging. Youth will learn to place classes of 4 fleeces, grade fleeces, and answer questions. Wool Judging does not have reasons.
