4-H Clubs are your home base for all things 4-H! At club meetings, you will receive general 4-H updates, plan community service, and interact with other 4-H members and volunteers who may have different interests or projects. Your club will be your go-to for most things 4-H! Every member is required to be in at least one club to be considered an active 4-H member. 4-H Clubs are different from project groups. Absolutely! 4-H has projects for everyone. From livestock to gardening, sewing to robotics, there is a project to learn nearly anything. Visit the 4-H project list for more information!
Youth ages 8-18 can enroll in 4-H and select a shooting sports discipline as a project to watch for updates with required orientation dates early each year! We encourage first year shooters to start with archery and or air rifle. Please see our project page linked below:
Shooting Sports
4-H is open to all youth ages 8-18 (by January 1st of the current year) and the Cloverbud program is for youth ages 5-7.
Projects should be selected based on interests and hobbies. See all projects that Wyoming 4-H has to offer below. There is no limit to the amount of projects a member can have, though we do suggest to only be involved in projects that can be handled by the member and family.
The 4-H Office and Laramie County Fair will send out announcements when registration is open and the deadline. Being enrolled in 4-H DOES NOT register members for fair. Fair registration can be completed by visiting the link below:
