Animal Individual Identification Sheets

In order to exhibit at the Goshen County Fair, many animals require individual Identification sheets by the assigned due dates.

Download and submit an ID to the Extension Office:

May 1st due date:

• Horse Identification Form
• Dog Identification Form

June 1st due date:

• Breeding Livestock:  Beef, Sheep, Swine Identification Form
• Breeding Meat Goat Identification Form
• Cat Identification Form
• Dairy Cow Identification Form
• Dairy Goat Identification Form
• Rabbit Identification Form
