4-H members must complete a Youth Quality Assurance course when they age up a division or if this is their first year showing a market animal in Converse County. YQA requirements must be met to sell a 4-H animal at the Converse County Fair Junior Market Livestock Sale.
Wyoming 4-H uses the Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) program for youth quality assurance. Please see the instructions below for more information on creating an account and completing a YQCA certification.
